Requirements and Deadlines

- Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Two letters of recommendation
- Satisfactory results from one of the following taken within the past five years (may be waived for applicants who hold a master's degree or first professional degree from an accredited US institution):
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE) - preferred
- Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) - preferred
- Medical College Admission Test (MCAT)
- Law School Admission Test (LSAT)
- A personal essay describing what you perceive to be pressing public health issues, why a career in the field appeals to you, and how it will use your strengths and commitment
- Résumé
- A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
- A course in Statistics is highly recommended
International Students or Applicants Who Earned a Degree Outside the US
- Minimum TOEFL - 580/237 - iBT scores will be reviewed based on section scores and total scores
