Marion Dugan, PhD
Program: MS Human Resource Development
Dr. Marion Dugan is the Interim Director of the M.S. in Human Resource Development program. She has helped implement the new M.S. in HRD since its inception in 2007 and has overseen the Sacramento recruitment effort for the HRD program start in Fall 2009. She also serves as the director of the Educational Administration Program: Collaborative Leadership (Principal Certification and M.S. in Educational Administration). As an auxiliary associate professor, Dr. Dugan brings a comprehensive background of experiences in state-wide, district-wide and school leadership. For 30 years, she has provided staff development to teachers and administrators within a culture of organizational learning and building leadership capacity (distributed leadership).

Salvatore V. Falletta, EdD
Program: MS Human Resource Development
Dr. Salvatore Falletta is an Associate Clinical Professor and serves as the Associate Director for the Human Resource Development (HRD) program at Drexel University. He advises and teaches graduate students in HRD at Drexel's Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento, CA; he also teaches courses online for the MS in HRD program. In collaboration with his colleagues at Drexel, Dr. Falletta is establishing an evidence-based HRD research institute and concomitant agenda for the university.

Ronnie Kramer, PhD
Program: MS Human Resource Development
Dr. Ronnie Kramer is an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University where she teaches in the MS in Human Resource Development program. Additionally, she regularly visits Drexel's Graduate Center in Sacramento, California where she provides information sessions and academic advising to prospective students seeking to pursue this degree.

Dr. Bernadine Sikorski has been teaching in an adjunct faculty capacity in the MS in Human Resource Development program since 2008. She has written and taught three of the core courses in Drexel's MS in HRD degree. She plays a vital role in both the Philadelphia Drexel program and the Sacramento program.
