Al Alt
Program: MS Higher Education

Al Alt is currently the Vice Chancellor of Administrative Services for Yuba Community College District. He also serves an affiliate faculty in the Master of Science in Higher Education Program at Drexel University, Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento. He currently manages Human Resources, Fiscal Services, Police, Purchasing and Contracts and Facilities Construction in this capacity.

William Clarke
Program: MS Higher Education

William Clarke earned his Master of Management degree in 1981 from Webster University and has 31 years of experience in education, including 25 years managing and supervising educational opportunity and equity programs includes working at the Community College, State University, and University levels. Mr. Clarke served as the Director of Educational Support Programs at Sonoma State University for twenty-one years before retiring. He owns and operates a national educational consulting firm Clarke & Associates in California.

Kathryn Jeffery, PhD
Program: MS Higher Education

Dr. Kathryn E. Jeffery was appointed president of Sacramento City College (SCC) in March 2008. Earlier in her career, she had been a counselor and adjunct music instructor at SCC.

Daniel O'Meara
Program: MS Higher Education

Daniel O’Meara is the Director of the Cochise College TRiO Student Support Services program in Douglas, AZ. He also serves as affiliate faculty in the Master of Science in Higher Education Program at Drexel University, Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento. Daniel has held leadership positions in such diverse institutions such as the Michlalah Le Minhal in Tel-Aviv, Israel and Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration at Drexel University.

Nader Oweis
Program: MS Higher Education

Nader Oweis is the Chief of Police with the University of California, Santa Cruz Police Department. He has over 18 years of law enforcement experience working at institutions of higher education. In addition to his law enforcement responsibilities, Oweis has consulted for state and local governments, and has also participated on several public commissions and work groups to effectively engage university and community groups to work more efficiently.

Michael Poindexter
Program: MS Higher Education

Mr. Poindexter serves as Vice President of Student Services at Sacramento City College. He also serves as affiliate faculty in the Master of Science in Higher Education Program at Drexel University, Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento With more than 22 years of administrative experience, Mr. Poindexter has led an exceptional career, serving in both two-year and four-year institutional environments. During his tenure at Kingsborough Community College (KBCC), the Student Affairs Division held the highest student satisfaction rate of all community colleges in CUNY.

Victoria Rosario
Program: MS Higher Education

Victoria Rosario is the Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Services at Los Rios Community College District. She also serves an affiliate faculty in the Master of Science in Higher Education Program at Drexel University, Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento. She also teaches in the Educational Leadership Master of Art's program at California State University, Sacramento.

Angelo Williams, EdD
Program: MS Higher Education

Angelo Williams serves as affiliate faculty in the Master of Science in Higher Education Program at Drexel University's Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento. He has taught at the Master of Art's in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program at California State University, Sacramento. Dr. Williams brings over fifteen years of experience in education administration and policy ranging from K-12 public school districts as well as community college and state universities.
