Joseph Martin, PhD, PE

 Dr. Joseph Martin's career at Drexel spans 27 years, with 8 of the years spent as the Head of the Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering Department. Dr. Martin received a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, an MS in Civil Engineering (Water Resources-Environmental) from Northeastern University, and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) from Colorado State University. His experience includes two years with the New York D.O.T., four years in consulting on municipal engineering, and two years in the U.S. Army. His research specialties are geosynthetics, wastewater and runoff treatment, transportation project management and infrastructure facility condition evaluation. As a licensed professional engineer, a member of the Drexel Faculty Senate and advisor to the Drexel Chapter of American Society of Civil Engineers, Dr. Martin's expertise has been instrumental in developing the master's in Engineering Management for Sacramento's Graduate Center. Morton Rabinowitz, PhD

Dr. Morton Rabinowitz holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, and a PhD, also in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Michigan. Following graduation from Michigan, Dr. Rabinowitz had a career at DuPont that spanned 32 years. He held positions in Engineering Research & Development, Market and Applications Development, Customer Technical Support, and Marketing Strategy Development. Read More »
