MS Engineering Management

Curriculum

Drexel's Engineering Management Program offers a master's with concentrations in Infrastructure Engineering Management or Power Engineering Management. Either concentration requires 51 credits, though with sufficient background in Statistics, candidates may waive EGMT 571 and complete the degree with 48 credits. Please note that after completing 18 credits in the concentration courses, students are eligible to receive a certificate in their concentration of study.

The MS in Infrastructure Engineering Management includes the following courses:

  • Engineering Management I (EGMT 501)
  • Infrastructure Condition Assessment (EGMT/CAE 515)
  • Infrastructure Project and Program Planning (EGMT/CAE 516)
  • Elective from the Engineering Management or Construction Management Programs
  • Public Participation and Values in Decision Making (EGMT/CAE 517)
  • Capstone Group Project (EGMT 520)

The MS in Power Engineering Management includes the following courses:

  • Engineering Management I (EGMT 501)
  • Power Systems Analysis (ECEP 501)
  • Infrastructure Project and Program Planning (EGMT/CAE 516)
  • Computer Analysis of Power Systems (ECEP 502)
