    Program: Masters Business Administration

    Mary Bardes is an Assistant Professor of Management at Drexel University. Her primary research interests include workplace deviance and destructive leader behaviors. She has published research articles in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. Professor Bardes teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior and leadership. She has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Central Florida.

    Dr. Hamilton has local ties to the region, graduating from UC Davis with a B.A. in International Relations. She later received her MBA at the University of San Diego and went on to earn her Ph.D at UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management. Dr. Hamilton joins the Drexel staff after serving the last 2½ years as a full-time assistant professor of finance for South University College of Business, headquartered in Savannah Georgia.

    Dr. Benjamin Lev is Professor and Head of Decision Sciences at LeBow College of Business. He holds a PhD in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University. Prior to joining Drexel university Dr. Lev held academic and administrative positions at Temple University, University of Michigan-Dearborn and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is the Editor-in-Chief of OMEGA-The International journal of Management Science; Co-Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Management Science and Engineering Management; serves on several other journal editorial boards. He published five books, numerous articles and organized many national and international conferences.

    Dr. Frank Linnehan is an Associate Dean for Graduate and Undergraduate Programs at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and Professor of Management in the Department of Management. Dr. Linnehan received his PhD in Human Resources Administration from Temple University and has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources, Compensation, Organization Behavior, Leadership and Management. Prior to receiving his PhD, Dr. Linnehan worked for seventeen years in both line and Human Resource management in the financial services industry.

    Dr. Raja Roy joined Drexel University in 2009. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. Dr. Roy teaches Managing Technological Innovation at the graduate level and is currently teaching MGMT 602 to the first cohort of Sacramento LEAD MBA students. His research includes the following: What explains heterogeneous firm performances during technological changes? What explains heterogeneous firm strategies during technological changes? What are the effects of firm capabilities on firm strategy during technological changes? These are the broad research questions that drive Dr. Roy’s intellectual curiosity.

    Born in Denmark, Dr. Schjoedt comes to Drexel with considerable international teaching experience. He spent two years teaching at Copenhagen Business School and also taught four summers at Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Schjoedt served the last two years as a business professor at the University of Central Florida, where he taught entrepreneurship, strategic innovation management, and strategic management.
