December 11, 2015
Dear Board Members, Students, Staff and Faculty:
As we close the semester here at Drexel University and head into our well-deserved break, I’d like to personally wish each and every one of you a wonderful holiday season that will be spent with friends, family and loved ones.
Like many of you, I will be spending some time running around searching for gifts, getting to chores around the house that have been put off, but more importantly I hope to set aside a great deal of time with those I love most.
With your studies and lectures on hold until January, I hope you will also take the hours you typically spend at Drexel, and be with those who are closest to you.
I’d also like to take this time to thank each of you for all the hard work you have put in during the last several months here at Drexel University. The board members, staff and faculty continue to put in extra hours to ensure all our students receive a high level education. Our students continue to impress me with their dedication to their studies and enthusiasm to learn.
Lastly, the alumni support has not wavered since you have earned your diplomas. I cannot understate the value you continue to provide current Drexel students along with fellow alumni.
Enjoy the break and I look forward to seeing each of you in 2016.
