Apartment Discounts
Sacramento is a city of neighborhoods with many different types of housing close to the Center for Graduate Studies and just a few blocks from Regional Transit.
Our students and faculty have found a number of places where they have enjoyed living, and with their recommendations, we have made arrangements with apartment complexes to accommodate our students and to offer them preferred rental rates. These may not be the best rates available - you should explore the many options and find something that best suits your needs.
The following locations are currently extending offers to Sacramento students:
Apartments generally become available 30-60 days before move-in dates. Governor's Square has agreed to maintain a list of interested Drexel students that will be given priority when they receive notice of vacancies.
Please note: Drexel University's Center for Graduate Studies does not provide student housing. It is important that all arrangements (apartments, furnishings, etc.) must be made exclusively with and through the companies providing them. Drexel does not rent apartments or furniture to students and will not be involved in any rental agreements or other housing matters.
