Co-op Opportunities

In addition to a rigorous curriculum, success after college requires extensive field experience. As one of the largest and oldest in the nation, Drexel's cooperative education program, or co-op, provides that opportunity by allowing students to participate in invaluable full-time employment in addition to academic study. Students have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in business, industrial, governmental or other institutions, establish a professional network, and ultimately earn higher starting salaries, all while studying to complete a bachelor's degree. Hands down, there's no better way to get a leg up on the competition.

Not Your Typical Internship

  • Choose from more than 1,500 employers in 41 states and 45 international locations.
  • Students are typically paid during their six-month co-op.
  • Learn about the inner-workings of a leading company by being an essential part of the workplace.
  • A potential position awaits you after graduation at a top company, such as Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline, Comcast, Lockheed Martin, or Unisys Corporation.
