Angelo Williams serves as affiliate faculty in the Master of Science in Higher Education Program at Drexel University's Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento. He has taught at the Master of Art's in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program at California State University, Sacramento. Dr. Williams brings over fifteen years of experience in education administration and policy ranging from K-12 public school districts as well as community college and state universities. As a practitioner/instructor, Dr. Williams has served as Interim Dean of Student Services and Enrollment Management and student services intervention specialist at Cosumnes River College, served in the statewide California Community Colleges Chancellors Office working as Assistant Vice Chancellor and State Director of Government Relations and External Affairs. Dr. Williams started his career in education policy as an analyst, legislative director and media communications director in the California State Senate and Assembly working on education and economic development legislation including the return of local control to the Compton Unified School District, the Compton Enterprise Zone and the School Safety and Violence Prevention Act of 1999. He received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership at California State University, Sacramento.
