Keisha Liggett-Nichols, EDB

Keisha Liggett-Nichols is an Associate Clinical Professor of Management for Graduate Studies at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Dr. Nichols received her Executive Doctorate of Business from Georgia State University. She has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in Operations Management in the Decision Sciences, previously teaching part time at University of Georgia and other local Georgia Universities. She currently teaches management studies, teaching graduate courses in Managing the Total Enterprise, Managing Innovation and Technology, New Venture Planning and a capstone course in Strategy. Dr. Nichols' research interests include strategy, firm performance, corporate entrepreneurship and evidence based management in the not for profit sector.
In an effort to continue to inform her research as well as utilize research to inform practice, Dr. Nichols also serves as a consultant for small and not for profit businesses. She also leverages these consulting efforts, when possible, in the classroom to allow for practical application and experiential learning.
Prior to transitioning to academia, Dr. Nichols spent 20 years in industry working in mortgage, finance and credit risk. The last 6 years were spent in Sr. Leadership for a fortune 500 international financial firm.
