  • Ed Arnheiter, PhD
    Program: Masters Business Administration, Masters in Finance

    Formerly a New England resident, Dr. Arnheiter earned a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he also earned a masters degree in Engineering Management. Arnheiter received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y.

  • Zekarias Berhane, PhD
    Program: Master of Public Health

    Zekarias Berhane received his B.Sc. in Mathematics from Addis Ababa University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh. He worked as a Post Doctoral Associate on the development of a Generalized Model for Post Transplant Survival and collaborative work on analyzing Medicare Database focusing on ICU deaths in the Medicare population at the University of Pittsburgh.

    Program: MS Human Resource Development, EdD Educational Leadership and Management

    Dr. Salvatore Falletta is an Associate Professor and serves as the Director for the Human Resource Development (HRD) program at Drexel University. He advises and teaches graduate students in HRD and the Doctoral program (Ed.D.) at Drexel's Center for Graduate Studies in Sacramento, CA; he also teaches courses online for the MS in HRD program. In collaboration with his colleagues at Drexel, Dr. Falletta is establishing an evidence-based HRD research institute and concomitant agenda for the university.

    Dr. Rose Giordano, a Philadelphia native, holds a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Science from Drexel University and a doctorate in Nutritional Biology from the University of California, Davis. Over the past five years, she has guest lectured and performed research on the cardiovascular system in athletes through patients with advanced heart disease.

  • Sally Hamilton, PhD
    Program: Masters Business Administration, Masters in Finance

    Dr. Hamilton has local ties to the region, graduating from UC Davis with a B.A. in International Relations. She later received her MBA at the University of San Diego and went on to earn her Ph.D at UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management. Dr. Hamilton joins the Drexel staff after serving the last 2½ years as a full-time assistant professor of finance for South University College of Business, headquartered in Savannah Georgia.

Dr. Kassotakis has more than twenty years of experience in large, global companies; her areas of expertise include leadership development, organization development consulting, diversity, leadership coaching, change management, and strategic planning.

    Dr. Frank Linnehan is an Associate Dean for Graduate and Undergraduate Programs at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and Professor of Management in the Department of Management. Dr. Linnehan received his PhD in Human Resources Administration from Temple University and has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources, Compensation, Organization Behavior, Leadership and Management. Prior to receiving his PhD, Dr. Linnehan worked for seventeen years in both line and Human Resource management in the financial services industry.

  • Seth Welles, PhD, ScD
    Program: Master of Public Health

    Dr. Seth Welles has worked for more than 14 years to understand the impact of HIV phenotypic and genotypic antiretroviral drug resistance on HIV disease progression and transmission. Dr. Welles also studies psychosocial risk for HIV infection and STDs among sexual minority adults and adolescents. He has conducted random surveys of sexual minority adults at community festivals and at health-clinics to assess demographic and psychosocial determinants of sexual risk-taking and HIV/STD infections and has recently developed Internet-based and audio-Computer-Assisted Interviewing (A-CASI) technologies for recruitment and data collection in sexual minority populations. He is committed to community-based participatory research and has a demonstrated interest in working with marginalized populations. Dr. Welles' research has been funded by both NIH and the CDC.
